I have worked with leadership development for organisations, leaders and individuals in Asia, Europe and USA for over eighteen years.
I am also an appreciated speaker, meeting facilitator and author.
In 1998 I started Advenire, that has grown to present day Altaleda - the company behind Altacoach, and I am certified in the use of SDI® (Strength Deployment Inventory) Premier Edition.
I am also trained in emotional debriefing, psychosynthesis and have participated in Anthony Robbin's Mastery University. I have also been hired as a trainer by several large institutions such as Mgruppen and Hyper Island.
I have worked with the Internet and businesses online in different forms since 1995 when I was living in USA. I am fascinated by combining the leverage that the Internet offers with the opportunity to help people grow as leaders and human beings.
About the Company
Altaleda Ltd, with orgaisation number 556588-3872, startade as a sole proprietorship in Sweden in 1998. In the year of 2000 we transformed it into a corporation, Advenire Ltd, as our business grew. Our business then consisted mainly of supplying public and in-house leadership trainings.
Starting in 2006 we went from arranging these leadership trainings to instead become a quality controlled broker of different leadership trainings.
In 2010 we set up Altaleda Ltd. Today our business has three main parts; speaking at leadership seminars, brokerage of leadership trainings and distance learning through online courses.
